Your haircut, and hair’s color, styling and moisturizing transmit personality and add grace to your features. Because of the increasing impact of the solar rays on our planet, the climate changes, daily stress, nutrition and other factors, our hair becomes opaque and looses its natural glow and texture.

If we want to keep our hair looking healthy and beautiful, despite these external and internal agents, we must give it special treatment.

We all know that using high quality shampoos and conditioners helps maintain a beautiful hair reducing its spoilage, but you need to perform certain periodic treatments to keep it healthy and shiny.

This is why here in Alejandro’s salon we recommend you hydrate your hair to avoid its weakness, dryness and fracture. A dehydrated hair breaks easily, falls down and tangles.

Currently, there are different types of treatments; its frequency depends on the frequency of your shampoo. If you shampoo every day or your hair has been chemically treated, a once a week hydration treatment is recommended. If your hair is not tinted and you don’t shampoo that often, we recommend a once every fifteen days hydration.

There are different types of hydrating and protein treatments that nurture, restore and hydrate dry and damaged hair. The protein treatments are specially recommended for fragile hair. Your stylist will help you decide which treatment is best for your type of hair. Each treatment may take between 30 to 40 minutes.

Internally, you will benefit by keeping a healthy diet, rich in vitamins and proteins. If you want to have a beautiful hair you must drink lots of water, eat fruits, vegetables, proteins, food rich in vitamin B such as blue fish, integral cereals, fiber, nuts, eggs and liver; and in vitamin E such as legumes, dry fruits and vegetable oils.
